As the MOLTON HOTELS family, we follow closely all the news and developments related to the “COVID-19 Corona Virus Outbreak” regarding this process that is happening all over the world and in our country.

Since the beginning of the pandemic process, in line with the legal regulations and directives of the Turkish Republic Ministry of Health, we have approached the issue with great seriousness, sensitivity and care, and in this direction, we take all precautions for the health and safety of both our guests and colleagues, and that our detailed work is carried out in our facilities with great care, and our most important priority is human health and hygiene. We would like to inform you that we have further expanded the work done on the subject and brought the level of importance to the highest level.

Regarding the Corona Certified Hotels and Corona Certification process, we would like to share with you the measures we have taken and the work we have taken within Molton Hotels facilities during the COVID-19 Corona Virus Pandemic process.

In Molton Hotels facilities, detailed disinfection is applied in guest rooms, breakfast rooms, staff areas and all other guest common areas. This application is carried out certificated disinfectant, which is also sensitive to the COVID-19 virus.

Detailed disinfection is applied to all adult beds and children and baby beds in the guest rooms of our facilities within Molton Hotels.

We have hand disinfection devices for the use of our guests in all our restaurant entrances and WC’s in the general area. In addition, disinfected liquid soaps are preferred in all general area WC’s.

In all our facilities, studies are carried out to prevent cross-contamination, especially in common areas, and detailed cleaning and alcohol-based disinfection processes are continuing by Daily.

All personnel areas are disinfected with the Ministry of Health approved disinfectant. Necessary measures have been taken to protect the social / physical distance in personnel common areas, and the number of personnel has been reduced to a minimum; disposable materials are started to be used in all areas. In addition, the use of personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, etc.) by the personnel is constantly monitored within the facility.

All of our colleagues were screened for health and those with chronic conditions were allowed.

The body temperatures of all visitors (suppliers or company employees) and colleagues are checked daily with a digital thermometer.

Cologne and hand disinfectants have been provided for office workers, and disinfection with certificated disinfectant has been carried out in all office areas at certain intervals and continues to be done.

The personnel are constantly informed about general and personal hygiene and trainings continue.

All these practices will continue to be implemented throughout the season, depending on the opening of our facilities and the outbreak of the disease.

Our greatest desire is to end this process with the least loss and damage all over the world and in our country, and to ensure the health of all patients as soon as possible.

We would like to thank all healthcare professionals who have been separated from their loved ones in this period and who have shown an extraordinary struggle against the epidemic with their entire ego.
